It was for a purpose

Hello! It’s been a long time. So much has happened. So much has been done. So much has been accomplished, yet still so many things to still do. But I am glad to be able to say a few words because it’s long overdue.

《lo-o-ong sigh》

Some of you may know by now that I have written and self-published a second book. It was a book that I had no intention of writing. My focus was on a sequel to the first one. But God, (you know, that inner spirit that tells you to do or not to do something and you do the complete opposite), was telling me to tell MY story. How I had to die in order to live.

“You want me to do what???”

Looking back on my life when God told me to do things, I didn’t listen and chose to do it my way. Well, as you can imagine, my way wasn’t the best way … and I should have listened. So this time, I did what I was told. Trust me when I say I didn’t want to. However, I know that what He was leading me to do was for a purpose. Even if it meant that I had to air out my dirty, filthy laundry. Even if it meant I could ‘possibly’ hurt feelings. More importantly, even if it meant to be criticized by judgemental people, I did what God told me to do. But I look at it like this. People are going to talk regardless. Jesus was judged and I am certainly no better than Him. And the naysayers are no better than Him either.

I could go on, but you get the gist of it. And it’s 2:30 am… sleep has found its way to my eyes. Thank you to those who take the time to read my blog. I’ve fallen behind, but not forgotten. Talk to you soon.

Until next time … be blessed.
